Thank you for purchasing our designs. We hope you enjoy them on whatever project you choose.
Designs are created and copyright protected by Needlicious / Needlicious Designs.
All designs are original or purchased from artists for use by Needlicious Designs.
All designs are owned by Needlicious Designs.
All Needlicious Designs are sold via the website LippenCroftMarket.com
License to use our designs:
When you download and/or purchase a design, the design remains the property of Needlicious Designs. For machine embroidery designs, you are purchasing a lifetime license to use the embroidery design in an embroidery machine. The license allows you—and only you—to use the design in a variety of ways, including:
You are allowed to edit the design in any manner that you choose, but Needlicious will own the copyright in the edited design file. The edited design file cannot be distributed, shared, or sold and is subject to the same restrictions as our original designs.
If you are a business or organization purchasing our designs, you need to purchase one copy of the design for each person who uses the design.
Prohibited use of our designs and other copyrighted property (What you can NOT do with our designs and images)
You may not use my designs or other copyright protected property for any purpose other than as specified above without my express written consent.
The designs/design files CANNOT BE SOLD, TRADED, SHARED OR INCLUDED in any other design or design set for resale. They are owned by Needlicious Designs. The license prohibits selling, sharing, trading, or distributing our digital design files including inheritance or re-selling in anyway. Please do not share the design files. If a coworker, friend, or family member wants one of our designs, have them come to my site (LippenCroftMarket.com) to buy a license for the Design.
You may not use my designs in any media other than your machine embroidery. For example, this means that you may not use my designs for any of the following:
If you desire to use my designs in any of these ways listed contact me for
discussion and permission.
You may not use my photographs and/or other images, or the text or "copy" from our site, for any purpose, including for use with your own e-commerce (instead, please take your own photo of the product you made and are selling), or as your avatar or profile picture on any internet message board, forum or social media platform.
• You may not use my designs on a "machine for hire" or in any other place that would allow anyone else to access my designs.
• You may not use my designs for mass production or factory production of products for wholesale or mass retail sale. Contact me for commercial use license.
• You may no use my designs as a basis or template for creating your own artwork.
• You may not license products which you created with my designs for wholesale or mass retail sale.
• You may not imply or claim you are the author of the artwork of any of my designs. While not required, any and all credit to me and/or link back to my designs at LippenCroftMarket.com is greatly appreciated.
In the event that myself or anyone working for Needlicious Designs becomes aware of any use of my designs that violates the terms of this Licensing and Use Policy, your license will immediately terminate, and you will be contacted by me or our legal representative.
Any use you make of my designs is at your own risk, and I do not assume any liability to any party for any loss, damage, or disruption caused by the use of my designs.
DUE TO THE ELECTRONIC NATURE OF THE ITEM, NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED.
You must have the necessary software/hardware to transfer these designs to your embroidery machine, and know how to facilitate this. Needlicious Designs does not take responsibility to provide assistance in this regard due to the numerous different
brands of machines, software, and hardware.
UPON PURCHASE OF THESE DESIGNS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE ABOVE TERMS

Re-sizing can (and usually does) affect stitch quality. All re-sizing is done at your own risk - Needlicious Designs DOES NOT take any responsibility for the stitch quality that results as a consequence of re-sizing.
